Message	at SZ. Ash is an amazing innovator and Nick has done a tremendous job with managing the other parts of the business. They are doing the best that they can with the small operation that they are. Remeber, the Z market is very limited in size and to have a resource like this is a priviledge and not a luxury, at any point Ashspec, SZ, BDE, MS or any of the other positive contributors could easily get fed up with the various bullshit and move onto a different platform.
